  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, including a return address and potentially a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item and adherence to this policy.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within some days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
